Each coat rack begins as a solid wooden panel that is precision carved using CNC technology to create the sign shape, layered lettering, decorative banners, and bear figures. The individual elements are then carefully cleaned, hand-finished, and assembled to create depth and dimension throughout the piece.
Once carved, the wood is sealed and hand-painted using multiple layers of acrylic paints, washes, and dry-brushing techniques to highlight the details and bring the characters to life. The coat pegs are individually turned and finished to complement the warm rustic colour palette. Finally, the entire piece is protected with a durable clear finish, creating a decorative and practical wall-mounted coat rack designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
