Once the carving is complete, every surface is hand-finished to refine the finer details before being sealed and painted using multiple layers of premium acrylic paints. Transparent washes are applied to enhance the natural wood grain and add depth to the timber and rockwork, while dry-brushing techniques bring out the highlights and textures throughout the scene. Particular attention is given to the character, whose expression, clothing, and features are individually hand-painted to capture his unmistakable personality.
Finally, the personalised name plaque is fitted to the base and the entire piece is protected with a durable clear finish.
