A Lifetime Passion for Creativity
“From shaping wood as a child to creating intricate hand-finished pieces today, my work is a tribute to craftsmanship and tradition.”

Personal Story
Woodcraft has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up as the son of a pattern maker, I was surrounded by the smell of sawdust and the hum of tools shaping raw materials into something meaningful. My dad set me up with a small lathe when I was young, and I spent hours turning simple pieces—egg cups, cupboard handles, anything I could imagine. While my career path took me through the worlds of cooking and IT, the love for craftsmanship never left me. No matter where life led, I always tried to found ways to bring creativity into my work.”
“It was a trip to Disney World that reignited my passion for woodwork in a whole new way. I was captivated by the artistry in every sign and decorative piece throughout the parks, the way every detail was crafted with intention. Inspired by Disney’s philosophy of ‘plussing up’—going the extra mile to make something truly special—I began creating my own pieces, blending traditional woodworking with a deep appreciation for storytelling. What started as a hobby quickly turned into something more, a way to bring unique, handcrafted designs into people’s homes, each with its own story to tell.”
My inspiration
For most people, the lasting memories of Disney World are the big rides and fireworks. But for me, it was the details—the hand-painted signs, the intricate wood textures, the way every element felt carefully designed to tell a story. Nothing was done the easy way; everything was crafted with purpose and artistry. That commitment to excellence stayed with me and continues to inspire my own work today.”
“Walt Disney had a philosophy called ‘plussing up’—always going the extra mile to turn something good into something extraordinary. That idea stuck with me. Whether I’m layering paint for depth or refining a carving’s details, I approach every piece with the same commitment to quality. I want my work to be more than just wood—I want it to capture a memory, tell a story, and feel like something truly unique.”
“What started as small personal projects soon became something bigger. When I shared my work online, I found a community that appreciated these details as much as I did. Today, every piece I create—whether inspired by Disney or a personal commission—is crafted with that same care and passion, blending tradition, storytelling, and craftsmanship into something meaningful.”
