Each piece begins as a digitally sculpted relief design, carefully created to capture the layered organic detail of the Tree of Life and surrounding wildlife. The design is then precision CNC carved from solid oak, allowing the intricate bark textures, flowing roots, leaves and animal features to be reproduced with exceptional depth and accuracy.
Once carved, the plaque is hand-finished and individually painted using layered washes, shading and highlighting techniques to enhance the natural textures of the wood and bring the wildlife details to life. The final piece is sealed for durability while still preserving the warmth and character of the oak grain, making every plaque slightly unique
